Omaoma Roa | Cross Country 

Each year, ākonga from Te Kura o Waihārara take part in the Te Hiku cross-country event at Houhora alongside tamariki from other kura.

The event gives ākonga opportunities to build fitness, perseverance, confidence and whanaungatanga while representing our kura with pride.

Participation is encouraged at a level that supports each tamaiti to experience challenge, achievement and success.
