Te Rā Hāte Māwhero | Pink Shirt Day
Pink Shirt Day is an opportunity for our kura to stand together against bullying and promote kindness, inclusion and respect.
At Te Kura o Waihārara, this kaupapa supports ākonga to recognise bullying, seek help, include others and contribute to a safe and caring kura where everyone’s mana is protected.
The day reflects our values of Ako, Rangatiratanga and Kaitiakitanga and reminds us that creating a positive kura culture is an everyday responsibility, not just something we focus on once a year.
